ImagineArt lets you turn your creative output into real rewards. Every time another user downloads one of your published assets in high resolution, you earn credits — with no extra steps required on your end.

How monetization works

When you publish assets to your community profile, other users can download them in 2K or 4K resolution. Each download triggers an automatic credit transfer:

How the transaction works:
  1. A user downloads your asset in their chosen resolution.
  2. The corresponding credits (10 for 2K, 20 for 4K) are deducted from the downloader’s account.
  3. The same number of credits is added to your Community Credits balance immediately.
You earn on every download, so the more popular your assets become, the more credits accumulate.

Setting up for monetization

Create and complete your profile

A complete profile with a photo, bio, and published assets makes your work discoverable. Visit Your Profile to get set up if you haven’t already.

Publish assets in 2K or 4K resolution

Only downloads of 2K and 4K assets generate credits. When publishing your work, select one of these resolutions to ensure your assets qualify for monetization.

Grow your download count

Promote your profile and assets on social media and other platforms to drive traffic. More views lead to more downloads, which leads to more credits. Consistent publishing keeps your profile active and visible in the community feed.

Track your earnings

Open the dropdown menu from your profile picture in the top-right corner and navigate to your Community Credits section. Here you’ll see a full breakdown of credits earned from downloads, alongside your other credit balances.

ImagineArt tracks three separate credit pools in your account:
  • Community Credits — Credits earned from asset downloads in the community. This balance grows each time someone downloads your 2K or 4K assets.
  • Subscription Credits — Credits included with your subscription plan, which may also include special offers or promotional credits.
  • Top-Up Credits — Credits you’ve purchased or manually added to your account.
You can use Community Credits to unlock assets from other creators, redeem rewards, or save them for future purchases within the platform.

Monthly challenges and cash prizes

In addition to per-download earnings, ImagineArt runs monthly community challenges with cash prizes of up to $11,000. Challenges are judged on metrics such as:
  • Most liked asset of the month
  • Most views on a profile
  • Most downloads of an asset
  • Best-curated profile
Participating in monthly challenges is one of the fastest ways to increase both your earnings and your overall visibility in the community. Challenge entries often receive extra exposure during the competition window.

Tips for maximizing your earnings

Publish in 4K whenever possible. Downloads of 4K assets earn you double the credits compared to 2K, and users actively seeking high-quality assets for professional use tend to prefer maximum resolution.
Consistency matters. Creators who publish regularly appear more often in the community feed, which drives more traffic to their profiles and increases download opportunities.
