Once your app is built and tested, you can publish it to make it available to others. Choose who can access it: keep it private, share it with your team, or publish it to the ImagineArt Community for anyone to use. Community apps go through a moderation review before going live. Published apps support versioning, credit earning, and cloning controls.

How to Publish

Switch to App mode using the toggle at the top of the screen to confirm everything looks correct.
2

Click Publish App

Click the “Publish App” button at the bottom of the left panel.

Configure Publishing Settings

  • App Name & Description — Give your app a clear name and description.
  • Cover Image — The app’s thumbnail, auto-generated from output or manually set.
  • Cloning Permission — Choose whether other users can clone (duplicate) your app. Cloning creates an independent copy of the workflow that others can modify without affecting your original.
  • Credit Pricing (Community only) — Set an additional credit charge on top of the base generation cost. Choose from Low, Medium, or High. These extra credits are transferred to you each time someone uses your app.

Submit

  • Private & Team: The app is published instantly and appears in My Apps (and Team Apps for team-published apps).
  • Community: The app is submitted for moderation review. You’ll see an “App submitted for review” confirmation. Our team reviews it for quality and safety — this usually takes a few hours. Once approved, it goes live in the Community Marketplace.

Versioning

Each time you update and republish an app, a new version is created. The previous 5 versions are archived for reference. Users who are currently using your app will be notified when a new version is available.

Credits and Earning

When you publish an app to the Community, you can earn credits from other users:
ActionWhat Happens
Someone uses your appBase generation credits are deducted from the user. Your additional credit charge (Low/Medium/High) is transferred to your account.
Someone clones your appA fixed credit amount is deducted from the cloner and transferred to you.
Your credit history tracks all earnings from usage and cloning — accessible from the My Apps view.

Moderation (Community Only)

Apps published to the Community go through a review process before going live. The moderation team checks for quality, safety, and adherence to community guidelines. Private and Team apps are published instantly without review.

What’s Next

After publishing, manage all your apps from the My Apps view — track metrics, edit workflows, manage versions, and unpublish apps.
